Sister SNODDY has had the care of a large family since the death of her husband in December, 1878. She was a good woman. I have been her pastor five years. Her home was always open to the preacher. She was a regular attendant at church and Sunday school. She died of congestion, October 5th, 1901. Her sickness was of short duration, though she was ready, and said to Dr. PATE that she did not want to live longer. The funeral was conducted by the writer, assisted by Bro's. FULKS and PACE, and the body was then laid to rest in the Ingram graveyard, in the presence of a host of relatives and friends, to await the resurrection of the just. Children, relatives and friends, let your tears be tears of resignation; strive to meet her where there will be no more separation, disease or death. Her pastor, G. M. RANDLE, Rogersville, Oct. 7, 1901
